• Accounting for all of the P&C Associations funds

• Receive membership/issue receipts

• Budgeting & cashflow

• Maintaining financial records

• Operation of the Associations bank accounts

• Producing & presenting financial reports

• Organising the annual audit of accounts

• Ensuring proper financial management procedures and processes are in place

• Managing signatories

• Liaising with a bookkeeper/business manager (if employed)
